Gettin' There II Gettin' There II is a 28' Bertram powered by twin Diesel engines. With a cruising speed of 20 knots, she will get to the fishing areas in no time. There is a large cockpit with two fighting chairs and there is a comfortable cabin including a V-berth, galley with dinette and a PRIVATE head (toilet). Gettin' There II is also equipped with the latest collection of
electronics including 24 mile radar, depth sounder/plotter, 2 GPS, Loran and 2 VHF radios. Gettin' There II also boasts her attention to safety. All of the US Coast Guard requirements for safety are strictly followed. Actually, Gettin' There II was one of the first Charter boats in Port Canaveral to voluntarily participate in the USCG Safety Program for Charter Boats. NOTE: This Certificate will not be renewed by the US Coast Guard. The US Coast Guard has cited reason of non-participation as the cause. Unfortunately for you the consumer, this voluntary program was an effective endorsement that a vessel was inspected by a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary who received specialized training for this effort. Gettin' There II endorsed this program since it was first announced and is saddened by its cancellation.
